We're touring Europe with a couple of great, GREAT bands. First - Hyro da Hero, our buddy from Houston Texas. He raps real fucking hard, has an awesome and fun live show, and he is combining a lot of interesting rock elements into his music. His band rules.
And the main support on our tour, Innerpartysystem. They are amazing producers, and one of the best bands out there at making their live show something special, different from their record, and innovative. They taught us a whole bunch about how to set up our live show, the ins and outs of electronic live music, and production in general.
'Touchin On My' is one of our favorite songs and we wanted to make a video that captured the track's swagger. For the video we teamed up with our High School buddy, Isaac Ravishankara. We wanted to make a video that gave the viewer something new every time he/she watched it. On the surface it's just us rapping at th...e camera but there's so many crazy scenes happening in the periphery. We hope you like it!
From the beginning of our touring career, we have always tried have the fans’ best interest at the forefront of our minds. We recognize and honor the fact that our tenure as a band is due only to the support of our fans, and we don’t take that fact lightly.
Recently, we have come up against touring policies that we think are unfair, both to bands, and, more importantly, to fans. Last night we were forced to do something called “price matching” at a concert in Sacramento. The practice of “price matching” is unfortunately a fairly common one, and it is fundamentally flawed, in my opinion.
We did it. Finished the Chicago marathon. What an amazing race. Thank you everyone who pledged for American cancer society at http://bit.ly/runwithsean
